Hello
I use MM Gold. My CD collection consists of about 1000 discs. I keep them, along with their inserts and liner notes, in 9 different zipper cases. I would like to print the album titles contained in each binder separately. I would also like to create a database to locate any album in my binders by searching the complete index of all binders.
Creating such a database in MS Access or Excel manually is daunting. Can I accomplish it with MM?
Many thanks.

Little help
You can check out the virtual CD in MM gold, so you have the CD's and info stored in MM. Adding additional information like binder # is possible using the custom fields. But you'll need to have the tracks in virtual CD or as a file on the PC!
Hope this helps

Eldergeek, Lowlander,
If I understand the question correctly, this could be done without having to save anything to the Virtual CD:
1) Add each of your 1000 discs to the db
2) For each entry, assign a Binder number in one of the custom fields
3) Update the export script to include the custom fields
One you do the above, you could:
a) Search for any of the tracks
b) Export your tracklist to excel and modify the data to print it as you wish
If you wanted to actually play the tracks from the PC, then you'd have to save to the Virtual CD as Lowlander suggested, but I'm not sure if that was a requirement or not.
