i would like to know if anyone knows how to convert M3U file formats to WAV, WMA or Mp3. thanx

M3U cannot be converted to WAV, WMA or MP3, because it is not an audio format!
M3U files are 'playlist' files that have links to audio files such as MP3s. When you double-click on an M3U file, what typically occurs is that a player will open the file, and load a list of audio files that are linked to by the M3U file, and begin playing them in the order specified in the M3U file.
