MP3 File Type Not Supported
It appears that My Media Monkey music files are properly discovered by my Samsung TV SmartShare. But when I try to play any of them, I get the message that the file type is not supported. These are ordinary mp3 files. Any suggestions?
Re: MP3 File Type Not Supported
Hi,
Where do you get that message on TV or in MMW?

Re: MP3 File Type Not Supported
The "not supported" message appears on the TV.
I'm using the latest version of MM (4.1.14)
My music files are on a Seagate "personal cloud."
MM is on a Windows 10 tablet.
Thanks for considering my question.

Did you maybe enable Auto-Conversion in the Media Server?

So far as I can tell, I have not turned on auto-conversion. Should I? How?
Re: MP3 File Type Not Supported
You shouldn't as your files are already supported.
Capture it in a debug log (step 4b) and send it to support: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... ?f=20&t=69
