Gold and Support problems

Post by PatrickfKennedy »

I am receiving an error message that says I can't do the function I want because I am using the free version of Media Monkey, but I have a gold license. When I try to enter my license number, I am told that it is n invalid number (perhaps new license numbers have been issued with version 4).

I am logged into this "Forum", but when I try to log into "Support" and enter my user name and password, I get a response that they are not recognized. I understand this is a specific problem, not a general issue for discussion in a forum, but I've been going around in circles for almost an hour trying to get recognized as a Gold license holder.

Try setting up a new user in support and then post both issues
Where's the db and ini stored
Reporting Bugs
Where tags are stored

Usually the issue with invalid license key is pairing it with an incorrect user name.
