Upgrading MMA at Play Store

I would like to upgrade MMA free to Pro. The upgrade on Play Store has a charge of $3.59. The upgrade isn't available on Amazon Appstore where I have an account. Though the Play Store charge is reasonable it presents a payment problem. I don't use credit cards on mobile devices. How are folks paying this charge? Is there anyway around this obstacle to getting the upgrade?

Depending on where you live you might be able to buy Google Play Gift Cards.
