Help with editing skin

Post by danhackley »

Hi, I'm using DreadM's Songbird (Gonzo)Alternative Skin (http://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/index.p ... %27s_Skins).

I want to change the colour of the track progress bar to red. I downloaded the KSDev theme editor and opened the theme and player files, and tried changing the colours. I can't get the colours to change, neither in the theme editor or in MM.

Any help would be appreciated !

Greetings

You have to change the image for SeekBar/HorzTrailing.
Go to Images / add images, and load something red, have to be png or bmp file.
Go to Objects / SeekBar / HorzTrailing than go right side / Bitmap and select the new image you add before.

he said the progress bar. not the seek bar. the progress bar is the one on the bottom of the frame that shows you how many files still need editing.

that should have a little image you can change. but i wonder again what theme editor did you get? the one from the wiki that is theme 7. or did you get the ks one from the ks site.

petrcbr has changed the ks one we use so you need to get the theme 7 one from the link's on monkey's wiki pages.

oh okay.

then do what the seek bar needs as dreadm has already said.

remember though if the skin you have does not have the three images you can open another skin that does and copy that object from that mskn file then paste it in your mskn file and change the images to what you want. that will be the fastest way of getting the code in your skins mskn file.
