Is it possible to generate different icons (colours?) in in the systemtray, when two or more instances of MM are started?
In my "DJ-mode" (one instance for headphones, the second for PA) it is impossible to assign an Icon to the player, that results sometimes in unwanted stops (embarrassing ) .

Hi,
I added this to https://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=20224
Have you tried to use Headphones instance of MM (for minimize to Micro player) and second portable one (CLOSE TO TRAY) to stream and PA
That way I am certain that both instances are separated.

Re: [REQ] Different Icons in System Tray
Thanks for writing the ticket and for this hint... but in Win11, there is no Microplayer.

Ouch, sorry, I sometimes totally forget that I have not migrated to Win 11 (happily blocked the update).

Re: [REQ] Different Icons in System Tray
I have stuck with Windows 10. Is this an advantage to taking the upgrade to WIN11? [as far MM is concerned]

Hi,
Would no go into details but after 30+ years of using MS products and testing every existing Windows version till date, I personally think that Win 11 falls to every Second MS Windows is bad rule.

I am not sure what this means?Win 11 falls to every Second MS Windows is bad rule
Re: [REQ] Different Icons in System Tray
It means that my personal opinion is that I skipped almost every Second version of windows MS published eg. Had Win XP -> Windows 7 -> Win 10 -> Win 12 (most likely) I can go all the way back to DOS ages and early Windows Versions and in 99.9% of cases My PCs had every second iteration of Windows.
