When syncing MMW-MMA by playlists, playlist files missing

Hi all.

I use both MMW Gold and MMA Pro. I sync only one way, from MMW to MMA (music files on an SD card), using 1/2 doz playlists as the basis for syncing. All the songs and the playlists appear correctly in MMA after syncing. All good. However, the physical playlist m3u files are not to be found anywhere on the phone. I am hoping to use another Android player (Uapp) to test with a couple of DACs. Uapp can see all the songs synced to the phone, but is missing the playlists. I need the m3u files to create playlists in Uapp.

Am I correct in assuming that m3u files should be available on the SD card if syncing by playlist? If so, any pointers on where I might be screwing up the sync would be appreciated.

Which version of MMA and MMW and are you using USB or wi-fi Sync?

Is the option to Sync Playlists enabled?

Thanks for dropping in on this thread. MMW version 5.0.4.2690; MMA version 2.0.0.1080. I mostly use usb connection for syncing, but just tried wifi a moment ago - same result. Yes, I have the Sync Playlists enabled.

Seems to have been a permission issue. Must have not granted playlist folder permissions at some point. It is working now. Cheers, Allan
