I was cleaning out music files and listening to music in MM4. I now cannot run MM4. I have turned off my computer multiple times. I have tried to reinstall the program. When i try to open MM4 it states that i have an error. It's seems to be stuck on a particular song in my library and stated states the following: "Not enough memory resources are available to process this command."
MM4 Ver 4.1.31.1919
I have solid computer with tons of ram i believe this to be a program issue vice a computer issue.
32gb Ram
I7-8700K
Windows 10 ver 21h2
I checked the forum before posting but only saw one report like this and my MM4 version is further along. I would switch to MM5 but I wanted to get more comfortable with it prior to switching.

Re: MM4 stuck on a music file will not open
Hi Benji,
I would take a backup of the MM.DB file and then install the debug version of MMW4:
https://www.mediamonkey.com/sw/MediaMon ... _Debug.exe
You can then run DebugView prior to running the debug version of MMW4. This may give some more information about what is going on.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/sysint ... /debugview
Hope this helps.

Thanks for sending the information. Where is the MM.DB file located? Do you know what the file is actually called. I searched for it but did not find it. Thanks
