Song pop-up notification Windows 10 integration

It would be nice if MMW adhered to the new Windows 10 song notification (standard?) that other programs like Groove Music also use.

MMW has always had its own song pop up window but using Windows 10's standard song info would allow us to interact with MMW on the Windows lock screen.

Windows Lock Screen demands UWP app structure, which MMW nor MM5 use.

We will think about that for MM5 if that do not break Multi Platform design.
