I've managed to break my ratings synch back again. Windows 8.1 desktop with iphone 5 and latest itunes. I'm hitting some obscure bug I think that prevents this from working. I logged a ticket last month and sent a log file. Was anything seen in that? Do you want me to gather another log file? Basically, the workflow is listen to a song on the phone, change the rating to 2 stars and then the synch back to the PC should delete the song from the phone as it not longer meets the 3 star criteria for the custom playlist.
The last time this happened, I reloaded my PC and it fixed the issue, but it's broke again.
Thoughts?

Does the rating not sync back? Or does the file not get removed (a second sync would do this then)?

The ratings don't get updated back to the PC. Yes, I would expect the file to be deleted on the second sync as well.

I updated the ticket with this information. Ludek provided a debug dll for me to test with (I didn't know he updated the case), but that dll doesn't work with 1693, so I requested a new build.
