Filename changes when syncing

Hello!
I just migrated my entire music library to MM. I painstakingly changed every filename to just say the name of the song, because my mp3 player only shows the filename of the songs. When I play a song, it's hard to find the song I wanna listen to when the filename is "track no. - artist - title.mp3"

Long story short. I have all my songs under "music", exactly named how I want them, but when I sync the music library to my mp3 player, all the filenames are changed to "track no. artist title.mp3". I looked through all the settings and such where to tell MM to NOT change the filename when syncing. But no luck. It doesn't matter if I set it to auto sync, manual sync or if I send individual files via the command "send to...". The filename is always changed.

Can you help me?

The Filenames MediaMonkey creates on the device are set in the Device Profile (Tools > Options > Portable Device Sync).
