I need some serious help, it's been quite frustrating to me! I recently got an Android phone (I've been using iPhone for a LONG time), and I wanted to use MediaMonkey as my library builder. I've only used MMW5 and not the mobile app.
I plugged in my phone and received a very quick error popup explaining something about a database, but it was quickly closed before MMW5 asked to Restart. Once I did, the media became "SD Card (1)" and now I cannot edit any of the ID3 tags on the device. It's plugged in via USB and it can read the files, even play their contents, but anytime I try to do something like edit the artwork or change the title I'll get "Tag update failed: (Media) is inaccessible". I'm not using Wi-Fi Sync at all on this device.
I thought it had something to do with rebuilding a database or even getting the media to sync with a folder, but none of that is working! Could I please get some assistance with this?

You should edit files on your PC, then Sync them to your device.
