Normal Respons for MM system tray icon

I am wondering if this is normal behaivor. The icon flashes sometimes.
Have seen it happens on times when it changes track. But it is not always doing that.
Sometimes the icon start flashes multiply times in the middle of a song, without me seeing reason for it to do that.
It's a bit annoying to see that icon randomly flash.

Debugview shows also an error with the system tray icon, maybe related.

However i am not able to say if it is a problem, as i don't understand what the flashing original function should be.
Dont think the flashing adds something if it should happen on track change, as i can clearly hear the track change trough the speakers.
