[REQ] Auto Scroll music list to playing now song ? Still showing all other songs

Hi,
I have MM5 layout as such,
Far left column contains,
Home, Playing Entire Library, All Tracks and so on.
The centre middle panel contains my entire record collection
listed from the beginning 10cc to the end listing ZZ top.
and the far-right column has my playlist.
Here comes my question:
If the centre panel is showing the song listing
10cc on the screen and I double click to play ZZ top from the playlist,
can I have the centre panel with the songs automatically scroll
and highlight the chosen song playing ZZ top and still have all the other songs listed on the screen?
In other words, just scroll the centre panel.
Keeping all other columns as they are unchanged.

There is a hotkey (Tools > Options > Hotkeys) to scroll to the current playing file, but it doesn't do this automatically.

That it was an option that could be added in future updates?
I can confirm it is a useful option!
I used to use it in Musicbee !
And miss it in MM5.

Just implemented the instructions?
General: Focus tracklist on currently playing item ctrl+Shift+J
or ctrl+Z
clicking on <New Hotkey...>
and adding, and Apply, and OK.

Do not work for me?
nothing happens?
Even tried Global option

Any suggestion why it may not work ?

Update:
It does work, but not as expected by me.
Only the centre panel scrolls to the playing song if the song is started from the centre panel.
If you play a song in the playlist panel it scrolls the playlist panel not the centre panel.
If this is what the software developer intended it to do, it is ,what it is ?
I would have liked the centre panel with the entire music collection to have scrolled regardless !

Yes, the Playing window does scroll with the playing file. The center panel is often used for managing and editing media so it would not be desirable that it scrolls with the playing file in many scenarios. The hotkey can be used for that. I would assume this can also be accomplished via an Addon (ie. trigger scroll to on file change in Player), but none exists as far as I know.
