Episode tagging bug: Part vs Part_ID conflict

When you change an existing episode value (like "1", "2", "10", "500" etc.) to something like "1.5", it creates two separate tags in the file: "Part" with the value of "5", and "Part_ID" with the value of "1.5".

If you then remove the file from your library and add it back to the library, the episode field will show the value of "5".
