the helodesk does not work

you have a bug in the login page from the helpdesk. The site does not seem to remember the login and it redirects to the homepage.
Try logging into the forum: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/ucp.p ... =index.php and then go to Support: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/knowledge-base
I checked and it worked on Firefox, so maybe you need to try a different browser, or try clearing the browser cache.
