I uninstalled because I got a new computer and I wanted to transfer the license.

Gosh I hope that's not the case but I don't see it.

No, uninstalling doesn't remove the database file, you should still have it where it's stored: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/kno ... ini-files/

Did I just delete my db file?
