I bought the MM Windows Gold license today, as I am frustrated with my paid version of MM Android missing many songs on the playlists.

With the Gold version of MM, one of the features I bought it for is it was supposed to find missing music and sync it.

I have playlists in iTunes (which I am trying to ditch) that have songs on them that are not showing up on the same playlists in MM Win. I have run Add/Rescan files to the Library and Locate Moved/Missing files. I've tried it with iTunes opened and closed. The scan path is to the right folder.

What are the steps to fix this?

Can you open support ticket and send us Download link to few of the files not seen in MM, so that we can analyze them?

how does it connect to LastFm? Does this display iTunes music that play from iCloud too?
