Where does MM fetch lyrics from?

Hi. There's a lyrics fetcher in MM core. This can be activated to automatically search for lyrics and add them to the IDv3 tags of files. Where does MM look up these lyrics?
Let's say I couldn't find lyrics to a certain piece, so I decided to write up a version myself. On which website would I need to publish the text I heard in order to make it available to other MM users?
