Will MediaMonkey Work To Make Playlists On Sony Walkman NWZ-E94?

Greetings,

It seems a bunch of MP3 brands like Sony and Sandisk are no longer allowing you to make playlists using Windows Media Player.

In the case of Sony, they want you to use Sony Go or Media Center or whatever it is called, but I have heard there are a host of problems with that service. People losing their music completely off their computers, etc.

I find Windows Media Player to be incredibly easy for my more basic needs, but I need to be able to sync playlists to an MP3 player to play the songs in the order that I want, etc.

I already bought a new Sony MP3 player thinking it was going to work the same as the older model, but it doesn't. So will MonkeyMedia sync with the NWZ-E94 model?

If not, what MP3 players will sync to make playlists.

I would appreciate any help with this.

Thanks,

HS

I have a Sony NW-A35 and I can transfer playlists from MediaMonkey. It is important to choose the correct folder on the Walkman in the settings of MMW but then there is no problem. The only (small) downside is that the information when and how often the songs have been played on the NW-A35 isn't stored.

Not sure about the NWZ-E94, though.
