Dummy Songs and Files?

Is there a way to have a dummy song in my library or Now Playing list?
I want to have a placeholder for a song I want to get but which I have not yet found or acquired. Since it won't be an audio file, the Player will just skip to the next one.
I already do something like this in the folders for my albums in Windows File Explorer, where the spot for a missing audio file is held by a TXT file.
