Sync problems between MMW10 and MMA

I've used MMW and MMA for years. Recently, I have sporadically been able to sync via USB and also via WiFi. However, I am not able to stay connected to the sync server via WiFi. Once I log off and back on it takes around 5 minutes to find the server every time. Shouldn't it find the server immediately?

Also, I am using Norton Lifelock as my Firewall. Is there a specific setting that should be modified to prevent blocking MMA or MMW? Norton takes over for Windows firewall and maybe that is somehow hindering the communication between MMA and MMW.

Ok, I think I found the problem after about 5 hours of trying everything?

If MediaMonkey for Android still fails to connect, try saving the server location manually so that failed availability announcements don't prevent MMA from accessing it:
In MMA > UPnP, click the '+' button to add a media server: http://<MMWSERVERIP>:<MMWSERVERPORT>/DeviceDescription.xml (for a Sync server, you can also go to MMA > Options > Select Sync Server, long tap on the MMW server).
Save the server settings.

THE LONG TAP WAS THE PROBLEM. I would tap on the sync server and it would work that time but each time I had to look for it again for 5-10 minutes. The LONG TAP allowed me to save it. Wasn't very obvious and I think it should be double emphasized in the various manuals and work-throughs.
