Looking for simple skin/addon for jukebox I am building

Howdy all.. I'm in the process of building a jukebox out of an old floor radio.. The front interface will be mediamonkey gold running on a windows 10 tablet. I am looking for a simple skin that will show the album cover. Play, fast forward etc need to be large in size for a touchscreen.. A Skin similar to Volumio would be ok
