Can someone guide me about how to enable loudness Equalization In Windows?

Hi,
there is no loudness EQ in Windows. I guess you refer to playing tracks at same volume and not have ups/downs?
If yes, then in MMW you can enable that in Play menu -> Level Playback volume and then all tracks that have Analyzed Volume will play at same level.
