View>Show art details selected. View>Art & details selected and displays correctly. Image 1 which is front album cover selected to display. Main display shows image 2 which is album back cover. Sometimes image 3 etc. displays. This happens most times within my library and is a long time issue. I saw previous post regarding scan artwork and metadata and this these are not a resolution for my issue. please advise and thanks in advance.

Delete all MMCache******_* folders in the Temp (see Tools > General) folder of MediaMonkey. Is the problem resolved?

Did as advised with no change. I should have tried this first but I re-tagged some of the albums with this issue and using discogs then and now, big fan, saved all exact artwork offered. (cleaned up old new artwork in file properties) This seems to have resolved issue for now at least. Could be discogs old tagger version issue maybe at time I tagged first time way back when vs newer version now with issue fixed? This could turn into alot of work. I've now discovered that even though the artwork now matches, if I point to the MM taskbar icon/player controls, artwork is wrong for selected/playing album. Thanks for your time and knowledge.

Art & Details window takes file Artwork. The Filelisting takes 1 Artwork from the Album. Thus all Files on Album need to be correctly tagged for it to work.
