speaker problem

this isn't a MM problem, but my right speaker occasionally stops playing (sound's gone), but left one keeps going.

When i turn it off and on again, it works again.

Anyone knows how i can fix this, it might be just some light damage?

it's a hercules PC speaker set.

Or if this a computer sound system, a bad sound card.

do you have an alternate set of speakers? try them. try the current speakers on an alternate system if you can. does the problem follow the speakers or stay with the PC?
