Zen touch issues

I didnt see if this has been addressed yet, but I have two isssues with MM and the zen touch. #1 I can sync from my pc to the zen but not the other way. #2 MM doesnt sync the playlists I make in MM, it re-sync's the songs so I have dupe songs on my zen, but no playlists, is there anyway to fix this?

Ok got the playlist to work by upgrade playforsure and drivers, still cant take songs from my Zen to my pc, but this is a minor issue.
