where in blazes are audio books stored on the ipod classic?

I've synced a bunch of audio books to my ipod classic via Media Monkey (latest version). In the MM interface the audiobooks are nicely presented in a dedicated Audiobooks file tree heading. Very easy to see.

However, when I eject the ipod I don't see an Audiobooks menu or even many of the audiobooks listed in music by the name of the author. They are there on the ipod since I can play them in MM from the ipod, but for whatever reason aren't appearing on the ipod.

I have these for long road trips, so not being able to find them kind of defeats the purpose. Thanks for any suggestions.
