Playlists not showing up on H10

Post by duh FooL »

After I sync my music, MM shows playlists (a .pla extension) in it's nav tree.
However, checking it via File Explorer or through the device itself shows that there are NO playlists on the device.

Where is MM getting this list of playlists, since it definitely does NOT exist on the device, even though I check that option.

I am using the iRiver H10 20G.

H10 problems

Kinda strange.... I'm using the H10 with the same firmware and MM 2.5.2 beta 2 and playlists synch correctly.

Did you look on the device in Playlists/My Playlists?

To make it simpler, I just formated my H10 and sync'ed only one album.
Still no playlist.

Now I'm assuming that MM creates the playlists on the fly.

When I look on the H10 via File Explorer, I don't even see the Playlists folder created under Media.
The playlists do get placed on my iriver though.

Ok, I redid the sync to my iAudio 2G player and the H10 20GB device.

iAudio gets playlists.
H10 still doesn't get a playlist.

The only difference I can see in the setting is that the iAudio device is listed as a Mass storage device and the H10 I believe is a WMDM device.
It does not use the H10 Series device ID.
