Ok folks I really hope someone can help me I spent the better part of the last weekend at my PC trying to sort out the music on my new Cowon iaudio X5. I previously had a Creative Zen and this utilised the IDtag system so I was surprised that the iaudio did not do the same.
I have the vast bulk of my music ripped from CD’s and from friends players with some downloads too saved on my PC in folders based on Album name. This is now a problem as I now need to know the artist for each album and have to scroll through 100’s of folders to find the correct one.
I have tried using media monkey and am getting confused, I wish to organise my music under alphabetical folders by artist, by album by track.
Example:
B/Bon Jovi/Slippery when wet/track
Can anyone give me an idiots guide to doing this as I’m not very technical and am at the end of my tether now, thanking you all.

Here is guide what you need to do with Auto-Organize and its masks:
<Artist:1>\<Artist>\<Album>\<Title>
If I'm right then in below screen you will see the results of that mask.
Idiot who, I'm confused?
<Artist:1>\<Artist>\<Album>\<Title>
