Synchronization very slow

Hello,
I want to use Synchronization option from Metro player to Monkey Media server. It works, but the synchronization is very slow, 1 mp3 song at 1 minute.
Network is used very weekly, processor at metro tablet at 30%, the wmi service is at 28%.
160 songs at 5 hours.
Can you help me?
