MMA doesn't display any ratings from MMW

I recently had a database issue so I had to delete all music on my android and re-install MMA. I have the beta + pro version running on Android 4.4.4. When I sync from the MMW to MMA everything moves over in the sync EXCEPT for the track ratings. I see a setting for syncing from the MMA to MMW, but not vice versa. Am I missing something?

Which version of MMW are you using?

I suggest using the latest 4.1.6 beta from the Beta forum as you're using the beta of MMA and Android 4.4+.

You'll need to sync again.

I installed the latest version of the beta 4.1.6.1733, deleted all music on the android, and resynced. I checked multiple songs, but still having the same issue.

If you're doing a wifi sync send a debug log from MMA (from About screen) right after the sync completes, open a support ticket with log ID or just reply with it here. If you're doing a USB sync follow step 4b and send the log to support: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... ?f=26&t=69

I created a new support account and submitted the ticket from another browser and got the same error.... Is there a file size limit. My log is 53mb.

Yes, 2MB.

Zip the log to start with and then if too big upload to a fileshare like dropbox and add link to file in support ticket message.

It looks like there's a problem with syncing via MTP (usb) with this device (we have another similar report of this on an Xperia device). Can you try doing a Wi-Fi sync instead and see if it works?

I did the wifi sync and it did fix the problem. That is the first time I've done a wifi sync. One other thing I did notice was that the "track in-progress" would not show on the MMA sync page. To see the current track syncing and the progress, i had to go to the notification area. When i would go swipe away the notifications, the track and progress would appear for a split second on the sync page, then disappear. I would then have to go back to the notifications to see the progress.
