Auto Sync List not showing Albums for some Artists

I have a strange problem with the auto sync list not showing the sub-tree of albums for certain Artists, although the albums exist. Of course if I select the Artist then all the albums copy across. The problem affects any attached device and is not specific to any type. I tried rescanning the collection / recreating the database, but this has no affect.

Any advice very welcome

Does the Artist have Albums in the Media Tree in MediaMonkey itself? Albums will only be shown if the Album Artist is set to the selected Artist value.

Everything appears find in the main Music hierarchy, its just in the auto sync listing.

Are you looking in the same Collection?

I believe so, both are the Music collection.

meanwhile in the Auto Sync list shown below the artist Joy Division does not expand although adjacent artists are fine
