I wish to uninstall and reinstall but worried about losing my registration info. I have lost my email with that info.

It's in the registry

regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER

MediaMonkey
"password" and "username"

Before you uninstall you could export the MediaMonkey registry entries for importing after your new install.

How do you export and import to the registry? That sounds like the easiest solution. My database was messed up so I used the remove feature but it did not remove everything. It appears there are still child records in the child tables. I figure I have nothing to lose now. I may as well get it right. I had a lot of time invested in it.

What would happen if I just deleted the db file? Would MM attempt to build a new one?

My PC crashed completely. No way to switch on again. I managed to recover the C drive, so i can access all files.

How to access the registry of the Windows that is on remote drive (not the C drive Windows is installed on) ?
