MMW5 screen not displaying

Hi,

I am new to MM. I used it many years ago but have only recently returned to using it.

All went well with the install of version 5 until I tried to change the skin. No matter which skin I tried the skin never changed.

All I really wanted to do was change the brown colour to blue or green.

After trying to change the skin ,MM5 no longer displays the main screen. I get the splash screen and a number of processes are running but the main screen never displays.

I tried reboots and it made no difference.

In the end I tried an uninstall (inlcluding removing files left behind and registry entries) and a re-install. But still no main screen.

Please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Please rename persistent.json to persistent.json.old and then start MediaMonkey. Does that allow MediaMonkey to run?

What Skin were you trying, and which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey on which version of Windows?
