Convert greyed out

I paid for a Gold lifetime a couple of years ago. Computer died, I installed it on the new one. I do a lot of batch converts and the convert tool is grayed out. What's the problem?

You need to have files selected for this to work. If you're trying to get files from an Audio CD you'll need to Rip instead.
