MM5 crashes to white screen when syncing phone

Lately I've had a consistent error where media monkey crashes to become a white screen when syncing from my phone. The crash causes the sync to end in failure.

For about a year now I've had my audio files on a network share running on a Synology NAS. MM is running on a windows laptop and accesses the file location by network address. It hasn't had problems before now, and I'm not sure why it is failing.

How do I go about diagnosing the problem?

Did it showed Crash log on white screen after aprox 20 seconds?
Please generate debug log using latest MM 5.1 Beta and if possible do a screen recording so that we have all aspects of your enviroment in order to locate error.
