Hi,

some years ago, I bought the AAC encoder pack along for my lifetime license of Media Monkey. With v5, it seems that I can no longer install the codec pack. Do I have to buy a new encoder pack, or is there a way to tranfer the old license to the new encoder pack? I wanted to ask this via the help desk, but this seems to be broken, I cannot create a new ticket there.

How did creating a Support Ticket fail for you? It's working normally for others.

I have a similar question. I have MM5 but I purchased the codec in 2021 when I bought MM Gold. Do I need to buy a new codec or find an update?
