music sometimes only plays from one speaker with Bluetooth headphones

I bought a BUGANI Neckband Bluetooth Neck-band Speaker and while using MediaMonkey for Android to play music, with most songs, the music only plays from one speaker and not the other. If I skip back to the beginning of the song, it plays from both speakers but then only plays from one speaker when the next song starts. Any idea what might be causing this?

Hi,
Can you send debug log using ☰ -> ? -> Send Logs -> Write LOG ID here and then Submit reply and Send the log with OK.
That should give us info on BT connection and what MMA sent to Speakers.

Edit: I turned off the EQ and the problem seems to have gone away. That totally works for me as I don't really need the EQ but perhaps the info is useful for posterity?
