MM can't find files

I connected my iPhone to my computer and I'm trying to sync my media to it, but MediaMonkey can't find it. I checked the sync settings and they seem correct. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling MediaMonkey, but that didn't help. What should I pay attention to?

Do you have the desktop version of iTunes installed (not Windows App Store version) and does it see the iPhone?
