Unsubscribe and Delete

When I unsubscribe from a podcast and choose to delete the episodes, the podcast files remain in the podcast folder on the hard drive. Does "delete episodes" mean to remove just the titles from the database, or should the files on the hard drive be deleted as well? If it's the latter, I assume that means that I have to delete those folders manually.

Just tested and for me it also deletes files.

Only downside is that I use latest MM5.1 from viewtopic.php?t=86639&sd=d

Tested in MM5.1 and MM4 now and for me with "Delete" enabled MM deleted and unsubscribe from podcast

If it's the latter, I assume that means that I have to delete those folders manually.

Folder was left as it contained non episode hidden files, not created by MM so yes you should delete folders manually.

Please note that MM4 is not maintained anymore.
