Mouse Wheel - Volume Control

I rly would like an option that lets me decide by how many percent the mouse wheel changes the volume. 5% is too much since it basically makes it the lowest volume possible for any soundtrack when you for example play a game and don't have the time to adjust the volume with the mouse little by little till you reach the 1 or 2 or whatever is perfect for your current song.
