[SOLVED] Inserting an image into a helpdesk submission

Post by sonos »

I can't insert images when I want to submit a ticket in Helpdesk. What I do is:
After the text I add an image via upload:

Then I submit the entire entry (submission) and the process gets stuck.

If I then cancel, I can no longer access the MediaMonkey web pages for a few minutes.

After closing the Internet browser, I have to log in to MM again.
What am I doing wrong?

Any advice or ideas are welcome

You can try to add them as attachments instead. Does that work?

Yes, that's what I did.

But I'm still surprised that you can just insert an image but you cannot submit the post including image.

In the post above you can see an inserted image. But the whole post cannot be submitted at the end. After pressing Submit the process is frozen.

I see this is an old post, just to clarify that it was an error and was fixed in the past.
