Cannot delete empty directory [#20230]

Post by willyvds »

Sometimes the location node has an empty directory in MM, while the directory does not exist anymore on the drive.
I can't manage to delete such a directory from MM.
There are multiple empty directories in the tree. Neither of them can be deleted.

I still cannot delete the empty folder. I'm using 2829.
It's not a big thing, I just want to let you know. If I can try/do anything, please let me know.

If you are still experiancing the issue (after the fix) on the last build then please open eSupport ticket and share your database and also path to the empty folder that you are unable to delete.

Thanks!

I am using version 2829 (debug version) and I am still experiencing the problem.
How do you want me to send the library?

Upload it to a cloud share (like OneDrive) and include the link in your Support Ticket). You can compress it to decrease its size (if under 2MB you can attach it directly to the support ticket).

Thanks for the reply.
Your question made me think... I did a maintenance cycle of the library and now all empty directories are gone. So problem solved!
