Add/Rescan Files adds All tracks folder [#20209]

On MM 5.1.0.2810, and a random bug just popped up. I drag a file to my library folder where MM should find it because it's set to continuously but it creates it as a new folder, and sets it to manual. If I play an item, it then sets THAT as the folder to which it should scan for new files, but NOT contumeliously. I keeps unchecking what should be my library to check continuously. It's off and very frustrating. Any idea what's up, and how to fix?

If you're in the Location sub-node or the Folders node, Add/Rescan Files will be set to that when opened. Could that be the case here?

Not sure. Here's a video of it. Even if i delete the folder/track, it will still default to currently playing track. It's new and just noticed today. I haven't changed or done anytging different, and still occurs with restarting MM>
