Lifetime upgrade on Android smartphone?

Does anyone here know how to include my Android smartphone (Sony Xperia I mkIII) in my just-purchased lifetime membership? Did I make a dumb mistake? My Smartphone is now syncing a couple of thousands of files, but it's asking for me to upgrade, and I have to pay to do that through Google Play. I've been using MediaMonkey for a long time now and obviously really find it useful. Thanks in advance.

These are sold as two separate products, a License for one, doesn't include the other. You can purchase the License for MediaMonkey for Android from either the Google Play or Amazon App store.
