Ratings Tab Operation (filter ratings + other attributes)

I would like to suggest a change to the way that the Ratings Tab operates in MMA. Instead of the Ratings Tab simply making a list of all of the songs in the database with a star rating, I propose that the Ratings Tab star selection act as a filter on the database. For example, if I set the star rating to 5 star, I could then navigate to Genres>Classic Rock and MMA would only show 5 star rated Classic Rock songs. This should work for other tabs as well, like Album, Artist, etc. The exception would be the Ratings tab since the exact songs that you want in the playlist have already been selected.
