Greenwich mean time

MMW 4.1.31.1919:
When changes are made to playlists (add/remove/reorder songs), the "greenwich mean time" is displayed in the "Playlist" table
set in the LastModiFied field (05:00)
This means: Vienna time = CET+1 hour (summer time=07:00)
This causes irregularities when synchronizing the playlists with MMA 2.0.0.1073 (sometimes the synchronization is correct, often nothing is synchronized).
Solves the problem and use "Local time" from the Windows settings.

Whether that's the same with MM5 is irrelevant to me.

Ob das bei MM5 genauso ist, ist für mich nicht relevant.

Hi,
MM uses UTC time in Library so daylight savings should not interfere at all. At least it does not for me.

FYI, both Martin and I are in same time zone like you (CEST)

It disturbs the synchronization of the playlists to MMA
Fixes the issue and uses "Local Time" for "LastModiFied" from Windows Settings by changing playlists.

MMA 2.0 is optimized with MM5. Can you please check if same happen in MM5?

There were changes to prevent such issues in both MM5 and MMA2 so most likely that info is not parsed to MM4.

Thanks for the tip, I won't do that.
I'd rather live with this Sync-bug than ruin my MMA now.
I will also no longer do MMA updates.

I will only switch to MM5 after something similar to my two fundamental wishes "PlaylistManager" and "CustomFieldsTagger" works.
There are not only album collectors.

I consider this conversation over.

There is nothing too horrible in that list Erwin.
Just normal comments during a beta test phase. Not meant as complaints; just trying to help get MMA the best that it can be before release.
