I've an old iPhone SE and a newer iPhone 12 Mini.
I can transfer music from my Windows 11 desktop PC via MM4 and a cable to the old iPhone SE but if I try to do the same thing to the iPhone 12 Mini, MM4 gives every indication that files are transferring as usual, but if I pull out the cable out and reconnect it, MM4 no longer sees the files on the the iPhone 12 Mini. If I open the Music app on the iPhone 12 Mini I can't see any music files.
I did a factory reset of the iPhone 12 with iTunes but that made no difference.
Any suggestions please?
Music appears to transfer to iPhone but it's not really there.

I think it was installed. Is there a way to check installed plugins and versions?

Tools > Extensions from the main menu will allow you to see what is installed and which version.

Thanks for the tips! I was on v12 which I removed and am now on v15. I think it's working as I'd hoped for!
thank you.
